T. McQUEENEY

During my postgraduate research on aspects of Irish America I have found references to a T. McQueeney in St Anne's parish, Worcester, who was a champion athlete c. 1896. I would very much like to discover more about him, if anyone has information on McQUEENEY descendants, parish clubs of the time, or anything relevant, it would be much appreciated.

You might want to contact the library at Worcester for info from the Arcadia Publishers books on Worcester. There are several volumes, that might have a photo or additional information.  Also, the librarian may have a copy of the obituary for this athlete, which would have been noteworthy, so a tremendous amount of info may appear in the obituary.
