I believe that my great-great-grandfather may have been August Provost. Do you happen to know if he had a daughter named Victoria Provost (my great-grandmother)? When was the bakery started?

Sorry this took so long, but if you're still interested Arthur Provost of the Provost Bakery was my grandfather.  My father has many stories of the family business and I have my grandfather's old recipes.  Feel free to contact me for any further info.
