Title: Firearm manufacturer in Worcester named Bay State

I need information of a firearm manufacturer from Worcester named Bay State. I have an old gun that was made by Bay State and I am trying to find information on the company so I may obtain information about the gun. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
