Hey- can anyone tell me what year v-66 started up. I'm hoping it was as aerly as 1980.

The antenna was close to my back yard in Hudson.  I remember after they put it up, the lights had to be turned on extremely bright as tests and to get local airports to acknowledge.  When it went up, my friends and I went to try and climb it, but got caught.  That was in early High School so Im going to say it was about 1986.

Found this little blurb online. I guess V-66 has now turned into a home shopping channel. (Shudder!) :'(

WHUB." That's the new name for USA Broadcasting's home-shopping outlet, now known as WHSH (Channel 66) in Marlborough, and before that as music-video WVJV "V66
