I'm very, very sorry. The server was hacked on Saturday, and I had to completely re-install everything. It appears the backups for the site were not 100% functioning properly, and I didn't know it, so the messages weren't getting backed up anymore. I'm happy to say I was able to still recover everything from January 1st an older at least.
