Title: William Noone & Thomas Kelly Declarations of Intention in 1844
Post by: Rodney on November 17, 2010, 04:02:14 AM
Hello, I'm a genealogist in Kansas City searching for anyone from County Galway who arrived in America before 1846.  These two gentlemen (and their families) are on the 1850 census of Worcester County.  William Noone (b. 1812) and family also appear on the 1860 and 1870 censuses of North Brookfield.  The excellent publication  by James Holmes in MASSOG 1990-1991 shows they were from County Galway.  Anything further about them or their families would be of great value.   Thanks,  Rodney

There's an Owen (Eugene) Noon from Dunmore Co. Galway who died in 1847 and was buried in the Tatnuck Burying Ground in Worcester.  That's all I have, but worcmik may have other early burials in his database.

Joseph and Margret Noone had a child Richard Henry, born July 13 1843 (Something may be amiss with the birthdate, 1852 he's 10months, should be years?) In any event I have no other data.
Lota of Kelleys but no adult Thomas' marrying, haveing children or dieing.
